                In Virtualization [Disabled] <d-click>
        then Select the Enabled [.] option like this dot appears after selection
                Save & Exist Setup.

Before Install the OS we must do the necessary settings in VM-Ware 10x:

1. Open the New New Virtual Machine (File -> New VM-Ware) for Create New VMware for One more OS if u have already. 
2. Hard Disk Size: Min 40GB it will take but not sufficient give 70GB for QTP11.5 + QC11.5
3. RAM: 2GB Min (including Host OS least 4GB required)
4. Select the Bridge N/T work.
5. Update the VM Tool Settings
6. Better to select if u have USB Backup 3.0: H/W --> USB controller            --> USB3.0
Note: when select these main settings System should restart once every time if u change these VM --> Settings. (Remember this)

Step 2:  Install the OS:
               1. Put the Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1-DVD then install the OS without a key.
               3. Select the Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise Edition Full
                    The following messages appears:                
                     Exit - Supports Win X86 & x64 Systems

While setup is preparing your Computer for first use.
              4. Click Exit (Because we are not install the product key for EE)
              5. Now Initial Configuration Tasks Window Appears
                   If u want to install the product key here in this click 
                   Activate Windows -> Give the Product key: __ __ __ __  
                                                            (or)
                   If u install the OS with Product key the following Activate Window appears.          

 Step 3: Install & Configure the IIS 7.5 after installed WinSer2008R2SP1:

Note: It is important for install the SQL Server 2008 R2 SP1        
                                                  (or)
              After install the OS: Win Server 2008 R2 SP1

Next After install the Win Server 2008 R2 SP1 including above
Update Once the OS.
Control Panel à System & Security à Windows Update
Change the Settings to Update à Update <button>

It will update the windows total:328.8MB (40min)
After update the 100% Change the update setting to disable if u want.
   
Step 5: update the IE to 10 Version:

Note: It is update including IE 10.0. if u updates again it goes to update now IE 11.0
           If u would not update IE go to Help --> Disable IE Update Check box.

Step 6: Install QTP 11.5 on Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 (Server Configuration)

        1. lick on QTP Setup.exe File to install QTP 11.50
        2. After install required components it will ask to select the 
        3. Check boxes (including Microsoft Debugger exe file)
        4. Select the License Radio Button (for 30 day trial version)
        5. Click Next <button> --> Click Finish <button> -->Close
        6. Open QTP 11.50 (click on triangle color icon on Desktop)
        7. License Warning Message appears. Click Continue <button>
        8. Select the default add-in’s:  Active-X, VB, Web à Click OK <button>
        9. Now QTP 11.5 Test GUI & API Appears with 12 Menu’s

How to enable/install IE 8 on Windows Server 2008 R2 (64 BIT) MACHINE

Following will help some one in future:

Open the Command Prompt as administrator and run the following commands.

To Enable IE on Windows Server 2008 R2 version -- run the following command
dism /online /Enable-Feature /FeatureName:Internet-Explorer-Optional-amd64
To Disable IE on Windows Server 2008 R2 version -- run the following command
dism /online /Disable-Feature /FeatureName:Internet-Explorer-Optional-amd64

You need to restart the server after executing these commands.

in a test environment, where one doesn’t need this extra security, it makes sense to just disable Internet Explorer Enhanced Security.
